Sheri has over 20 years of experience educating and motivating individuals and groups to make lifestyle changes for a healthier, happier and more fulfilling life. Sheri’'s message is one that she has lived since childhood as she was raised as a “health food nut” back in the 70’s. She went on to receive her college degree in nutrition and has been the owner of two health and fitness companies. For the past three years, she has focused her practice on counseling individuals and groups in the clinical setting as well as educating physicians on how to decrease chronic disease through lifestyle medicine.
